- oAnn Kline Abney, 77, a 46-year resident of Euless and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away Friday, Jan. 7, 2011. Funeral: Noon Monday in the chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst. Interment: Oakland Cemetery in Dallas. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. JoAnn was born in Dallas on Jan. 20, 1933. She retired as a floral designer and was most known for the love she showed for her family, her generosity, and her willingness to open her arms to everyone. JoAnn was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Abney. Survivors: Sons, John Conner and wife, Karla, and Joe Clifton and girlfriend, Kimberly Moore; daughters, Connie Oliver and husband, Bill, Jana Meserole Risinger and husband, Steve, and Traci Walls and husband, Greg; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was also loved by a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
